Learning Objectives:

This program is designed for dentists who want to expand their knowledge and clinical skills in implant dentistry. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will able to:

  • Discuss different options available for implant supported prostheses
  • Implement prosthetically driven treatment planning for implant cases
  • Understand the use of cbCT scan & digital technology in implant dentistry
  • Understand the factors affecting abutment selection
  • Discuss the importance of proper implant positioning
  • Understand proper emergence profile and factors affecting it
  • Confidently perform implant surgeries for straightforward cases ( Module 1 & 3)
  • Temporize & restore dental implants and discuss available options (Module 2 & 3)
  • Discuss proper maintenance protocol for implant cases
  • Understand the diagnosis and managment of implant complications

You can register for any one the following 3 modules:

  • Module 1: Consists of 50 hours CE on Surgery (lectures +live patient training placing up to 15 implants) + 14 hours on implant prosthetics (lectures and simulation hands-on)
  • Module 2: Consists of 15 hours CE on Surgery (lectures and simulation hands-on) + 35 hours on implant prosthetics (lectures and simulation hands-on + live patient demonstration)
  • Module 3: Combination of Modules 1 & 2; total of 85 CE credits.
